Feed status.

The health of every feed behind the market, drawn from the same /api/stats anyone can read. A dead feed shows as down and its rows flag stale — never silently reused. The money feeds refresh about every five minutes, catalog feeds every thirty.

Staleness is declared, not hidden: a feed older than its cadence allows is flagged on every API row it serves. History of every poll lives in the provider-health series; the tape at /api/history is unaffected by a single missed read.
